1. Shipping Rates and Costs

We believe in straightforward pricing without hidden fees. To simplify your shopping experience, Teenlionaire applies a consistent flat-rate shipping fee for all domestic orders. Whether you are purchasing a single polo shirt or a heavy-duty denim jacket, the shipping cost remains the same.

2. Order Processing and Handling Time

Before your order is handed over to our carrier partners, it undergoes a meticulous handling process. This includes payment verification, inventory allocation, and a final quality check to ensure your garments meet Teenlionaire’s standards.

  • Handling Time: 1 Business Day (Monday – Friday)
  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST)

Note on Cut-off Times: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST from Monday to Friday will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on Friday, or during the weekend, will be processed on the following Monday (excluding public holidays).


3. Transit and Delivery Timelines

Once your order has been processed and leaves our warehouse, the transit time begins. We partner with industry-leading couriers to ensure your package arrives safely.

4. Our Delivery Partners

To maintain a high standard of reliability, Teenlionaire utilizes a network of professional delivery services. Depending on the weight of your package (e.g., lightweight polo shirts vs. heavy denim jackets) and your specific zip code, your order will be shipped via one of the following:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service): Primarily used for standard residential deliveries.
  • UPS (United Parcel Service): Often utilized for heavier items or expedited routes.
  • FedEx: Employed for efficient ground logistics across various regions.

While we select the most appropriate carrier for your order, please note that we cannot currently accommodate specific requests for one carrier over another.


5. Order Tracking Procedures

Transparency is vital to our customer service philosophy. Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation Email.

This email will contain:

  1. Your unique Tracking Number.
  2. A link to the carrier’s tracking portal (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
  3. A summary of the items shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website. If you do not receive a tracking email within two business days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact our support team at support@teenlionaire.com.


6. Delivery Address Requirements and Modifications

To ensure successful delivery, customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your house number, street name, and zip code. Teenlionaire is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Modifying an Order: If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@teenlionaire.com. Since our handling time is only 1 day, we have a very narrow window to make changes. Once an order has been processed and a tracking number assigned, we can no longer modify the destination address.
  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO: We do deliver to P.O. Boxes and military addresses via USPS; however, transit times for these locations may slightly exceed the standard 6-day window.

7. Shipping Destinations

Currently, Teenlionaire focuses on providing the best possible service within the United States. We are working toward expanding our reach to international destinations in the future. At this time, we do not offer international shipping through our website.


8. Managing Delivery Issues

While we strive for perfection, external factors can occasionally impact delivery.

A. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot find it:

  1. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
  2. Check with neighbors or building management.
  3. Wait an additional 24 hours, as carriers occasionally mark items as "delivered" prematurely.
  4. Contact the carrier directly to open an inquiry.

If the package remains missing after 48 hours of the "delivered" status, please email our support team.

B. Damaged During Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged or if your apparel (polo, jeans, jacket) is compromised due to transit conditions, please take photographs of the packaging and the item immediately. Contact support@teenlionaire.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can initiate a claim and arrange for a replacement.


9. Holiday and Peak Season Logistics

During high-volume periods—such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the December holiday season—carriers may experience delays beyond our control. While Teenlionaire maintains its 1-day handling commitment, transit times may extend toward the higher end of the 2-6 day estimate. We recommend placing orders for gifts at least 14 days in advance to ensure timely arrival.


10. Items Out of Stock

Our inventory for popular items like denim shirts and jackets moves quickly. In the rare event that an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you via email within 24 hours. You will have the option to:

  • Wait for the item to be restocked (if applicable).
  • Exchange the item for a different product.
  • Receive a full refund for the unavailable item.

11. Secure Packaging

Teenlionaire takes great pride in the presentation and protection of our products.

  • Polo and Denim Shirts: Folded and placed in protective poly-bags to prevent moisture damage.
  • Jeans and Jackets: Secured in heavy-duty shipping mailers or boxes to prevent abrasions during the sorting process.

Each shipment includes a packing slip (without prices) making it convenient for gift-giving.


12. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before it enters the handling phase. Because we prioritize fast shipping, please send your cancellation request to support@teenlionaire.com as soon as possible. Once the order is processed (usually within a few hours of the cut-off time), we are unable to cancel the shipment, and the standard return policy will apply.
