Our goal is to ensure your premium apparel—whether it’s a new denim jacket, a pair of jeans, or our signature polos—reaches you as quickly as possible. Because we adhere to a 1-business-day handling time, the window for modifying or canceling an order is very narrow.
This policy outlines the procedures and timelines required to make changes to your order before it enters our logistics and shipping stream.
1. The Modification & Cancellation Window
To maintain our shipping commitment, orders move from our digital storefront to our fulfillment center almost immediately. Once an order has been "Processed" or "Shipped," we can no longer make changes.

2. How to Request a Change
To ensure your request is seen by our team in time, please follow this specific protocol. We process requests in the order they are received during our support hours (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST, Monday – Saturday).
- Email Us Immediately: Send an email to support@teenlionaire.com.
- Subject Line: Use the format: URGENT: Change Request - [Your Order Number].
- Details Required: Clearly state if you wish to cancel the order entirely or modify specific details (e.g., "Change size of Denim Shirt from M to L").
Note: We recommend emailing rather than waiting for a return call, as the timestamp on your email serves as the official record of your request.
3. Types of Modifications Allowed
If your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, we can typically accommodate the following changes:
- Shipping Address: Correcting typos or changing the destination address.
- Size/Color Exchange: Swapping a size or color for the exact same item (subject to inventory availability).
- Order Cancellation: Rescinding the order for a full refund.
What Cannot Be Modified:
- Adding Items: For security reasons, we cannot add items to an existing order as we do not store your full credit card information. If you wish to purchase additional items, please place a separate order.
- Changing Payment Methods: Once an order is placed, the payment method is locked. To use a different card, the original order must be canceled and a new one placed.
4. What Happens if the Order Has Shipped?
If your order has already been picked, packed, and assigned a tracking number from USPS, UPS, or FedEx, we are unable to stop the shipment. In this scenario, you have two professional options:
A. Refuse the Delivery
You may refuse the package at the time of delivery. Once the carrier returns the package to Teenlionaire, we will process your refund. Please note that this can take longer than a standard return.
B. The 120-Day Return Process
The most efficient method is to accept the delivery and then utilize our 120-Day Return Policy.
- Wait for the package to arrive.
- Contact support@teenlionaire.com for a free return label.
- Return the item in its original, unworn condition.
- Receive a full refund within 12 business days with no fees.
5. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If you successfully cancel your order before it is processed:
- A full refund will be initiated immediately.
- You will receive a "Cancellation Confirmation" email.
- The funds will typically reflect in your bank or credit card account within 3–5 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
6. Address Errors & "Return to Sender"
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate shipping address.
- If you notice an address error after the 5:00 PM EST cut-off, we will attempt to contact the carrier to intercept the package, but this is not always possible.
- If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an "Insufficient Address" or "Undeliverable" status, we will contact you to verify the correct address. We can reship the item once, but repeated errors may result in a refund of the order minus the original shipping cost.
