When will I receive my refund?

What items are eligible for return?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

How do I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order is processed (typically within a few hours of the order being placed). If the order has already been assigned a tracking number, you will need to receive the item and follow our 120-day return process.

Can I add a new item to an existing order?

For your security, we do not store full payment details and cannot "charge" more to an existing order. Please place a new order for any additional polo shirts or jackets you wish to purchase.

My tracking number isn't working.

I received a damaged item.

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage and email it to support@teenlionaire.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a priority replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

The item I want is out of stock.
